August 2017

If you think about it, you can see that everything is story. We talk to ourselves and to each other about what is going on. We are also told stories from birth about what is going on (WIGO). Even before that, in the womb, we are deciphering and understanding within the potency of the nonverbal realm, creating a consistent story. (Twins and triplets, etc, share this story both then and later.

We are beings who feel a compelling need to make sense of our sensings. Combined with that is our need for, our continuous search for, unity. We want a complete story, one that satisfies.

We generally stick to our story and don't want any story missionaries to deliberately try to dislodge us from our story dwelling place and insert us into a new home. This is as true for science stories as for religion stories.

The story we tell ourself has impact both internally, within our personal consciousness set, and externally, throughout our group consciousness set. We live by story, a continuous reverberation of meaning.
