3/5/17

I trust the poor more than the rich. Why? Because the rich are occupied with the shell in which they dwell. Any of us occupied with external trappings (aptly named), including the clothing of social status, I designate as rich. Shell dwellers. The poor are those who, no matter the external circumstances, view life with a clear and open heart.

All realms (business, politics, religion, society) encourage shell creation, the place from which all wars start. The wise walk naked and free through all realms, forming no barnacles, no accretions, shell beginnings. These are the poor.

We must learn to see through the eyes of, to sense through the senses of, every aspect of the cosmos, from the subatomic to the metagalactic. This may be called compassion or empathy. Both are loaded terms. Call it identity. "Put on the whole armor of God." Wear the clothing of the Cosmos. Then let that go and be What Is.
