The concepts of redemption and salvation are built into our very lives. When we are so tired we feel our every ache and pain, we eventually go to sleep. We awake refreshed. We have gone into the grave and been resurrected. We are redeemed, brought back to life, made new. Salvation has occurred. The salve of healing, of being made whole, has been applied. And all this while we were unconscious except for dreams. Brought down from our frenetic scurrying, brought down even against our will. Brought down by the nature of who we are, then given new life. Redeemed and saved, boyz and girlz, redeemed and saved!
