Am re-reading Jung's "Mysterium Coniunctionis" partly to keep my intellect sharp, but mostly for the insights gained into the psyche, the soul, and the mysteries surrounding it and inter-flowing with it, the Deepest Ground of our Being. God calls to god; Deep calls to deep.
I have little patience with the conceptual nets we weave (tribal nets woven for us) which we adopt in our haste to feel secure, nets we cast repeatedly (daily) into a boundless Ocean of Mystery, often mistaking the net for the Ocean.
Jung goes beyond that, does not restrict himself to the mental cha-cha we like to call reality, opens to the depths of Being, allows Its surges to transform him, for he knows that he is, that we are, THAT!
