Jesus

People use Jesus for their own ends. Theological ends. Political ends. Personal ends. The key word here is ends. Jesus is made to conform to the ends times, our ends. We are not to conform Jesus to our image. We are to conform to his imagery, his views, his consciousness. We immerse ourselves in the music of his words, of his manner of being. Our ghost becomes his ghost. We become wholly ghost while doing our work on Earth. "Head in the sky, feet on the ground."
