the turning of our whole being

We turn our whole being to our taste buds, to our genitalia, to our kinesthetic powers, to our  hearing rhythmic sound, to our visual delights, to our touch of the impalpable through smell. We are in relationship. Thus we live our lives. Balzac says our final life is prayer ("… and lastly, the life of prayer."). We open to relationship with the most real of all, the Unseen. Prayer is the turning of our whole being to the turning of our whole being.
