There are those who do not believe in a conscious force that births us, an awareness that pervades all, or at least say they do not, believing in their disbelief. In either case, they are believers.
They are more likely to believe that humans are the major, if not the only consciousness in the cosmos and that they themselves are the crown of that capability.
Those who believe in a conscious force that births us are more likely to believe that we humans are embodyings of that awareness.
What is belief? Belief is based upon experience. (Don’t talk to me of data. Data is experience.)
Some experience themselves as isolated beings standing alone, vacillating between feeling superior and inferior.
Some experience themselves as being in relationship with all that is, and continue opening to that capaciousness.
The way it seems to me this almost mid-March morning as I sit contemplating existence.
