crustaceans

We encrust ourselves in metaphor, imaginative scabs on the woundings of our soul.
We find what we expect to find. Like inch worms, we expand outward with expectation then skooch up our trailing tail to our heady expectations with our findings. True vision is beyond expansion and skooching, beyond all expectation, beyond all finding.
