hey! how about another war?

Looks like the 1% are getting ready to lead us by the nose into the next war now that the latest one is winding down. Profits, empire building, and world domination, you know.

Sabres are rattling even more intensively about Iran. The same old fears will be trotted before "the American people" (a favorite phrase of politicians who are always ready to say what "the American people" want): weapons of mass destruction, threat to Christianity and to the American way of life by barbaric non-Christians. We will once again be incited to make the world safe for democracy, to blast the hell out of a country so we can win the hearts and minds of the people. Besides, we can get more oil to keep fueling our lifestyle. Wall Street will soar!

Looks as if Israel is being designated to lead the charge. Of course, with full U.S. support. That means the eventual sacrifice of the sons, daughters, husbands, and wives of the 99%, while the 1% wave flags and rake in the profits.

We'll see if U. S. citizens go driving around this time with battle flags flying from cars, drunk with war mania.
